Neal Dose joined the Mansfield Baptist Church staff in January 2023 as Pastor. He is married to Jessica and has two girls, Mary Logan & Ellie and a son Charlie.

Brian Shuler joined the Mansfield staff in August 2024. He is married to Jolynn and has two sons Bo and Jack.

Cory Craver leads the youth ministry of Mansfield Baptist Church to help reach Middle School and High School students with the good news of Jesus Christ and to help students grow in the Lord. He is married to his wife, Angie.

Jessica Compton is married to David and they have two children, Anthony and Ansley. Jessica loves to lead and connect with our children through the different programs each week.

David Compton helps lead the people of Mansfield Baptist Church into moving and impactful times of worshipping God. David is married to his wife, Jessica.

Terri Biggers ministers by keeping the church office organized and efficient. She is married to her husband, Doug.
